Stage IIB Ovarian Management

 - Alternative: Cisplatin + Paclitaxel (For patients intolerant to carboplatin)

Targeted Therapy
- Bevacizumab (Avastin): Angiogenesis inhibitor for advanced cases
 - PARP Inhibitors (Olaparib, Niraparib, Rucaparib): Used in patients with BRCA mutations
 
Pain and Symptom Management
- Analgesics (Acetaminophen, NSAIDs, Opioids if necessary)
 - Antiemetics (Ondansetron, Metoclopramide) for chemotherapy-induced nausea
